As Engineer III, you'll work independently on projects and technical assignments that directly impact our operations. Your in-depth knowledge of company processes and ability to evaluate, innovate and manage multiple projects are essential to this role. You may be asked to prepare and deliver presentations and lead small, specialized teams to identify and solve technical and project management issues.

Performs a wide spectrum of moderately difficult Mechanical Integrity related assignments, requiring Engineering evaluation, innovation, and sound Engineering judgement.
Works independently on Mechanical Integrity implementation/Maintenance projects and technical assignments supporting operations
Leads small, specialized teams to identify and solve Mechanical Integrity technical and project management issues
Maintains a strong understanding of industry Mechanical Integrity requirements
Maintain OSHA CFR 1910.119 PSM Mechanical Integrity compliance for an assigned geographical area in accordance with API 510, API 570, API 653 and Williams Internal standards.
Prepare and deliver detailed analysis and recommendations to key stakeholders
Interprets Mechanical Integrity inspection reporting and non-destructive testing results, assesses Williams and Industry requirements, identifies and communicates recommended responses
Demonstrates in-depth knowledge of safety requirements, produces results and meets goals
Applies in-depth knowledge of and proficiency in Company processes, policies, procedures, and guidelines established by organization and governing agencies
Maintain Williams inspection data management system for an assigned geographical area
Works on a combination of engineering specialties covering more than one discipline, including API 579 Fitness for service evaluations.
Collaborates with teams to ensure Mechanical Integrity compliance, build improvement plans and meet training needs
Champions Industry best practices and safety standards
Education/Years of Experience:
Required: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering and minimum of four (4) years of engineering experience in the natural gas or petrochemical industry
Preferred Experience:
API 510 and API 570 Certification preferred
FE Certification preferred
Project Management experience preferred

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
